Guiding the Third Plane: The Inspired Practice Marketplace

The work of guiding adolescents is deeply meaningful, and often deeply challenging. Many Junior High guides find themselves grappling with big questions while having limited opportunities for connection and shared reflection. The demands of the third plane can feel expansive and unclear—balancing structure and freedom, accountability and belonging, real-world work and developmental needs. Without space to process and learn alongside others, guides are often left holding this complexity on their own, navigating uncertainty in isolation.

Without a clear framework, Cosmic Education can become fragmented or reduced to isolated lessons rather than a unifying vision.
