Foundational & Assistant Training
In a thriving Montessori environment, assistants and support staff are not just helping hands—they are essential partners in fostering independence, curiosity, and calm. This foundational training honors the vital role they play, offering practical tools and deep insights to ensure their presence aligns beautifully with Montessori principles.
When assistants are well-prepared, the whole classroom breathes easier, and children flourish.
This training provides an experience for new Montessori classroom educators (with zero to two years of Montessori experience) to further their theoretical and practical knowledge for implementing Montessori practice in their classrooms for the ages of 15 months to 3 years old (Toddler/YCC), and 3 years old to 6 years old (Primary).
